- Debris Removal: All accumulated debris - leaves, twigs, sediment, and biological matter - is removed by hand and collected for disposal. We do not push debris into downpipes.
- Downpipe Flushing: Every downpipe is flushed with water to confirm it is clear and flowing correctly. If a blockage is identified, we use specialised tools to clear it.
- Condition Assessment: During cleaning, we inspect gutter brackets, joins, fall (slope), and overall condition. Any issues are noted in our completion report for your records.
Gutter Guard Cleaning
If your property has gutter guards installed, they still require periodic maintenance. Leaves, seed pods, pine needles, and fine debris accumulate on top of gutter guards and can block water flow despite the guard being in place.
